STUDIO o2o is a 3,100 square feet photography studio located in the heart of the Draper commercial district south of Salt Lake City, Utah.
Hourly rental periods are available from 2 hours to multi-day. For photographers seeking ongoing studio time, monthly memberships are available.
Studio Rental Rates are:
2 hours – $130
4 hours – $230
6 hours – $315
8 hours – $380
10 hours – $435
12 hours – $500
Your rental includes the use of one room (A, B or D), lighting equipment, lighting modifiers, radio triggers, and a reasonable amount of seamless backdrop paper.
Use of the Rain System in Room A has an additional cost of $200. Payment is due at the time of use. Cash or Credit Card are accepted.
Prior studio photography and lighting experience is not necessary when renting the studio. Our team will help with an initial lighting setup,
and show how to operate the studio equipment. All that is needed is a camera and a subject to photograph, we provide the rest. Setup and takedown
times must be included in your hourly rental time, so please take this into consideration.

Note: ROOM A (1,000 square feet) is the default room for hourly rentals, unless otherwise requested.
Liability and Financial Responsibility. Each Renter shall be held liable for damage to Equipment while using STUDIO o2o,
and shall be financially responsible for repairing or replacing damaged equipment immediately after such damage occurs.
If Equipment is damaged during an event, the Renter shall immediately notify all STUDIO o2o via email or phone.
If, upon arriving at STUDIO o2o for an event, Equipment is discovered to be damaged, the Renter should notify STUDIO o2o before the event begins.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement. Renters agree to assume full responsibility for their own actions and the actions of
their guests, and for their own safety and the safety of their guests, in STUDIO o2o. Each Renter agrees to indemnify, release, and
hold harmless STUDIO o2o and its Members from and against all liability, loss, costs, damages, fees and expenses (including attorney’s fees) for any suit,
claims settlement, award, penalty, fine, defense or judgment because of loss or damage to any person, property or right. This indemnity shall apply whether
or not the loss or damage is caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the joint or concurrent act or omission (whether negligent or otherwise)
of the Renters or their guests. In other words, STUDIO o2o or its Member shall not be held responsible for any liability, loss, costs, damages, fees and
expenses incurred when the Renter is using STUDIO o2o.
Allowable Use. Renters may use STUDIO o2o for any and all legal purposes provided that all of the following conditions are met:
– The Renter must be physically present in the Room for the entire duration of the event.
-The Renter, and the Renter alone, shall solely be held liable for any damage to STUDIO o2o, the Rooms, Equipment or harm to any person caused, either
deliberately or inadvertently, by the Renter or its guests.
The Rooms must be left in a clean and orderly condition when rented time is finished.
